Welcome to MOACUT. This Privacy Policy describes how your information is handled when you access or use https://www.moacut.com.

1. Information Handling & Local Processing

We process minimal data necessary to deliver our services:

Layout calculation data: Sheet sizes, part lists, and kerf, margin, and rotation settings are calculated in your browser and are not sent to MOACUT servers for the layout calculation.
Account information: Sign-in uses Firebase Authentication (Google sign-in or email and password). Your email address, display name, profile photo URL (if provided by Google), plan role, and sign-up and last sign-in times are stored in a Firestore profile used for sign-in and plan management.
Automated Log Data: Standard server logs such as IP address, browser type, and timestamps are collected for service security and reliability.
Pro exports: When a Pro user requests a DXF or vector PDF export, the calculated layout (sheet size, margin, and part positions and sizes) is sent with the sign-in token to MOACUT's export API and used only to generate the file. The export API does not store the layout in a database.
Welcome email: After sign-up, one welcome email is sent to your address through the Resend email service.

2. Google AdSense & Advertising Cookies

This website uses Google AdSense, an advertising service provided by Google LLC.

Google AdSense & Third-Party Vendor Disclosures

• Google and third-party vendors use cookies to serve personalized ads based on a user's prior visits to this or other websites.
• Users may opt out of personalized advertising by visiting Google Ads Settings or www.aboutads.info.

3. Google Analytics 4 (GA4)

We utilize Google Analytics 4 to analyze aggregated website traffic patterns without identifying individual visitors.

4. Payment Processing & Security (Paddle)

Payments for Pro and Enterprise subscriptions are processed by Paddle. Card details are never stored on MOACUT servers. To reflect your subscription, MOACUT stores your Paddle customer ID, subscription ID, subscription status, and records of processed payment events.

5. Account Deletion and Retention

Deleting your account from My Profile removes your Firestore profile and your Firebase sign-in account. Records of processed payment events may be kept for accounting and dispute handling, and billing records held by Paddle follow Paddle's own policies.

6. Browser Storage

MOACUT stores a few settings in your browser's localStorage, such as interface language, checkout progress, and whether the welcome email was already sent. You can clear them at any time in your browser settings.
