MOACUT is a 2D nesting and cutting-layout optimization service that offers both free and paid features for woodworking, CNC routing, laser cutting, signage, and sheet-material fabrication.

1. Purpose & Disclaimer

MOACUT provides reference calculation tools designed to assist in minimizing material scrap waste. Users must account for actual saw blade thickness (kerf), material warping, machine tolerances, and safety clearances during physical cutting operations. The Service is provided 'as is' without warranty of any kind.

2. Paid Subscriptions

MOACUT may offer paid subscription plans, including Pro and Enterprise plans. Prices, billing periods, and included features are displayed before purchase. Paid subscriptions automatically renew until canceled. Subscription payments are processed through Paddle. Cancellation and refund terms are described in the Refund Policy.

3. Service Modifications

We reserve the right to update, modify, add, or discontinue features of the Service as reasonably necessary.

4. Intellectual Property

All software, branding, UI designs, and algorithms of MOACUT belong to us. The parts dimensions and layout data you create remain your property.
